Orders, Prices and Payment

We have taken every reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions and color matching. However, please note that the measurements we provide are approximate, and the reproduction of colors relies on the limitations of photographic and publishing processes. The packaging of the products is specifically designed for the Lithuanian market, which means that the box and/or information leaflet may be in the Lithuanian language only. In such cases, please refer to the description in this listing, as we have translated all the important information here. The image serves only as an illustration, and the manufacturer reserves the right to change the packaging.

You can make your orders via our online shop or via e-mail. The order form need to be filled properly what is a main condition to realize your order. By placing an order the customer accepts these rules of our company. After accepting the order we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the order and arrange shipping.

You can make payments using Visa, Debit cards and Mastercards. By confirming your payment, you acknowledge that you own the credit/debit card being used. The card issuer will validate and authorize the transaction for all cardholders. If there is any fraudulent use of credit cards, we will report it to the appropriate authorities. If your card issuer denies authorization for payment, we cannot accept your order, and we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery. We do not have an obligation to provide you with the reason for refusing the payment.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

To cancel your order you need to inform us by email before shipment orders.

You have a 60-day window from the date of purchase to initiate returns. We only accept brand new, unused items that remain unopened. Please note that we do not refund postage costs. You are responsible for prepaying and insuring the shipping charges for all returns, as well as any loss or damage that may occur during shipment. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the refunded amount will not include the shipping cost.

In the event of a lost parcel, we provide a 100% refund. The Lithuanian post office recognizes a lost parcel after 90 days of submitting the international parcel search form. You can open an international parcel search 30 days after the parcel has been delivered to the post office.

Customs

It is customer obligation to pay import duties and taxes which might apply to specific goods under the custom laws of the destination country. We do not take any responsibility for arrested goods which might be illegal to import in specific countries. This does not apply for US or UK countries.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes.
