Aflubin Oral Drops are homeopathic drops presented as a clear, colorless to slightly yellowish liquid with no specific odor. The composition per 100 ml includes:
- Gentian (Gentiana) D1: 1 ml
- Aconite (Aconitum) D6: 10 ml
- Bryony dioenic (Bryonia) D6: 10 ml
- Iron phosphate (Ferrum phosphoricum) D12: 10 ml
- Acid milk (Acidum sarcolacticum) D12: 10 ml
- Excipients: ethanol 43% (by weight) – 59 ml
Pharmacological Effects:
Aflubin Oral Drops are a complex homeopathic preparation with anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, antipyretic, and detoxifying properties. They also exhibit antiviral activity and promote the increased activity of nonspecific factors of local immunity. Additionally, these drops reduce the intensity and duration of intoxication and catarrhal syndromes, while normalizing the functions of the respiratory tract’s mucous membrane.
Pharmacokinetics:
Due to the combined action of the components in Aflubin Oral Drops, it is not possible to conduct kinetic observations or trace all the components using markers or bioassays. Similarly, the detection of drug metabolites is not feasible.
Aflubin Oral Drops Indications:
- Treatment and prevention (planned and emergency) of influenza, parainfluenza, and other acute respiratory diseases to alleviate symptoms as part of a comprehensive therapy.
- Treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases accompanied by joint pain syndrome.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.
Aflubin Oral Drops Dosage:
Single doses:
- Adults and teenagers: 10 drops
- Children aged 1-12 years: 5 drops
- Children under 1 year: 1 drop
For Early Stages of Illness or Rapid Symptom Relief:
- Take the medication every 30 minutes to an hour.
- Administer 8-10 drops per dose.
- Continue this frequency until there is an improvement in the condition, but do not exceed 8 doses.
After the Initial Phase:
- Reduce the frequency to 3 times a day.
Influenza Prevention:
- Take the medication twice a day for 3 weeks, especially at the beginning of the cold season or one month before the expected peak incidence.
Emergency Prevention:
