Rowachol: Dissolving Gallstones and Relieving Spasms
Rowachol, an effective medicinal product, addresses the issue of gallstones. It contains essential oils that aid in dissolving cholesterol-based gallstones, reduce cholesterol content in bile, and prevent the formation of new gallstones. Additionally, it promotes increased bile production and relaxes the bile ducts, alleviating painful spasms. This, in turn, facilitates the expulsion of gallstones along with the bile. Specifically formulated for the dissolution or passage of gallstones, Rowachol Capsules can be used in combination with chenodeoxycholic acid.
Before Taking Rowachol:
Prior to consuming Rowachol, consider certain factors. Individuals hypersensitive to any of the active substances or other ingredients in Rowachol should not take this medication. If you experience yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (obstructive jaundice), inflammation of the bile duct or pancreas, or abdominal pain caused by gallstones, promptly inform your doctor, especially if you are elderly. Rowachol is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Taking Rowachol with Other Medicines:
Inform your doctor or pharmacist about any other medications you are currently taking or have recently taken, including those obtained without a prescription. This is particularly important if you take oral anticoagulants (blood-thinning medications) like Warfarin or medications metabolized in the liver. Seek your doctor’s advice regarding the interaction between Rowachol and these medicines.
Taking Rowachol with Food or Drink: For optimal results, take Rowachol on an empty stomach, approximately half an hour before meals.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medication while pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended to use Rowachol during the first trimester of pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Although no reports have indicated any harmful effects on babies, the potential risks are still unknown.
Driving and Using Machines:
Rowachol is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.

The usual adult dose is 1-2 capsules three times daily, half an hour before meals. Initially, it is advised to take one capsule three times daily. Possible Side Effects:
Like all medications, Rowachol can potentially cause side effects, although not everyone experiences them. Some patients have reported belching and a peppermint taste after taking the capsules. You can minimize this by taking the capsules on an empty stomach, thirty minutes before meals. Mouth ulcers or mouth soreness may occur during Rowachol treatment. If you notice these side effects, consult your doctor. If any side effects become serious or if you experience any unlisted side effects, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
